Scott first began developing the foundation for what would become Beardslee Waites Architects while pursuing his Master’s degree in Architecture at the University of Texas in Austin. After completing a highly successful thesis project that received significant recognition, he went on to build a diverse portfolio of experience across several firms and project types. A few years later, while working in New York City, Scott decided to establish his own architectural practice, bringing together the lessons, design sensibilities, and collaborative spirit that shaped his early career. This became the start of Beardslee Waites Architects.
