Jody Andrew Waites Lead Designer

I began my career, after graduating from Clemson University in SC, as a guy Friday at a boutique architectural firm in New York City. After several years with the firm, I made my way from guy Friday to Lead Designer. After the owner of the firm decided to retire, I went on the prove myself as a Lead Designer at two other firms, with projects ranging from brownstone renovations in NYC to a 300-bed dormitory in TX, before rejoining with Scott Beardslee to form Beardslee Waites Architects.

I enjoy the challenge of trying to exceed the design and constructability expectations of all involved in each project we pursue.
